Merchandise returns policies
A product that is unsatisfactory can be returned within 10 days without incurring a restocking fee. A 15% restocking fee will be applied after 10 days, and this fee rises to 25% after 21 days. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on Atlas Medic’s part, we will pay the return cost and shipping charges for sending the new item. Restocking fees will not be applied.
The refund policy will apply, per the specified conditions.
Items that have been opened or damaged, or are in unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, along with the label, original packaging and RMA number
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund:
All special or customized orders. Products that come in direct contact with the skin, such as pillows, orthotic devices, splints, heel pads, bandages, lotions and creams, gels, disinfectants, chemical products and products immersed in water, as well as X-ray films, books and videos, cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Special order items may be non-returnable - please consult one of our advisors.
Delivery charges and any supplement paid for oversize items will not be refunded.
Items that were final sale cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
Any items sold to the general public (aside from our client base) are final sale, unless Atlas Medic is unable to deliver the merchandise within a reasonable timeframe, at which time we will refund the transaction and cancel the sale.
