Payment by credit card (required) or issuance of an official purchase order.

Special orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Refer to the merchandise return policy.

We do not charge a minimum per order or online. A $20.00 minimum is charged for purchases made onsite.

You can make changes to your order up to (1) one hour after you have put it through, after which no changes are allowed - these will be considered new orders.

You can cancel your order up to one (1) hour after you have put it through. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery of the order at your door, you will be billed the return shipping charges.

A $10 cost per order will apply for any requests to ship using your carrier, and this amount will be charged to your account (refer to shipping policy).

Promotion codes are applicable to regular prices and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
The promotion code cannot be transferred to another person or converted to cash, or take the form of a credit.
